They have been some changes, I still want to bring Edna but is getting a little bit difficult because of her busy schedule, but I am still trying to do that for next year. Another cake decorator and myself are trying to still form a group before the year ends, there is this Pastry Chef from PR, Norman Nathaniel Serrano and his work is awesome, we are planing on bringing him in Nov. and would like to know if is something you would be interested in? I am trying to add the link to his facebook but IDK if is my computer or yahoomail that is not leting me, so please try to lookl him up in fbk by his name and also try Joa's Cake Shop. Because he is traveling from PR we are trying to shedule different classes for a weekend, you don't need to take all of them but we are planning on starting Sat am with baking and cake recipees and ends on Sunday with advanced fondant skills and carving.
