I am making a wedding cake and I am in need of a chocolate mousse recipe that can sit out either overnight, or in a cake for a long time without melting. Help!!

I mix up some chocolate bettercreme, if you can't get the chocolate flavor you can add cocca powder to it.

Two cups Bettercreme or Frostin Pride and one small box chocolate fudge instant pudding. Whip until peaks form. Once whipped it can be left unrefrigerated for up to five days.

Thank you for the suggestions. Do you know if Bettercream is like Pastry Pride?

Bettercreme is a frosting Pastry Pride is a whipped topping like Cool Whip. Make sure you get the Bettercreme not the Pastry Pride.
