I picked up some white choc rasberry liquid coffee creamer the other day and I was wondering if I could use that as my flavoring in buttercream icing? I have used the powder before and it tasted good but too gritty....what do you think of the liquid creamer? has anyone tried it in theyre frosting?

I can't see why it wouldn't work. As long as you add it to the buttercream instead of the milk and vanilla/almond flavoring. I'm assuming you are making regular buttercream icing (butter, shortening, icing sugar) I would not add it any other type of icing, I'm not sure it would work.

1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup butter
1 lb icing sugar
2 tablespoons coffee creamer
1 teaspoon either vanilla or more coffee creamer

I think it will work fine, if the icing isn't thin enough for you keep adding 1 teaspoon at a time more coffee creamer until the consistency is right. It should work fine.

Let me know, I've never done it, but regular buttercream icing is pretty flexible and forgiving. Good Luck I use coconut milk for dairy-free customers and it works fine.
