So my daughter is doing a project at school where they have to make a King Arthur castle out of anything they want.. Guess what she wants to do it in! CAKE[u] Even better, she already volunteered me - and the teacher was very excited - BUT the kids have to do it [i] since it's their grade.

I just have one thing to say: H E L P
I could definitely do it by myself, but how do I help them do it in One Day??

i would make everything in pieces and then gets the kids to 'construct it" in that day. ie. you make the tower and cover the cakes in fondant etc. Then get the kids to help put it all together and let them do the decorating... seeing as that all the kids would be interested in anyway!

Wilton makes a castle kit that would work well. The towers, door, and windows are all made of plastic and you just cover them with fondant or whatever. (Just be careful though, because they towers can fall down easily). That sounds like so much fun! icon_smile.gif

What about Rice Krispie treats instead of cake?
