Cupcake Help!!

SOOOO I totally goofed!!! thought my Gf party was tom...but ITS SUNDAY!! I just pulled out my RV cupcakes, already baked my vanilla, and have the batter mixed up ready for my chocolate cuppies to go in! How can I store them to keep them fresh!! I will be mortified if I bite into one sunday and have it dry!! icon_sad.gif PLEASE HELP!!!

Freeze them? I have frozen uniced cupcakes before with success.

Freeze them in a ziploc bag. You can refrigerate batter without any effects on the leavening. I've tried it several times after reading indydebi's post that she does it all the time too!

I agree, I freeze my cupcakes unfrosted right in the plastic cupcake trays I buy, I have never had a problem. I think freezing them makes them more moist. I always bake cuppies with leftover batter and freeze them, then I'm always ready for guests and grandchildren!! Good luck!
