Making a stabilized whipped cream and would like to add some melted white choc. Saw one recipe which said to melt the choc with some whipping cream, almost like a ganache then cooling and adding to the whipped cream. Anyone have a recipe or tried this before?
I've never tried that particular recipe, but I make whipped white chocolate ganache and it's delicious and easy to make.
I have added white chocolate instant pudding and whipped. Holds up wonderfully and tastes good too.
