Can anyone tell me how they made their cob of corn..I have a 3D pot of lobsters and corn to make next week and I am not sure how to go about constructing it.

Thanks

I used my pearl mold with yellow fondant and smashed them down to look like corn. I put them on a stick of fondant. The leaves I did free hand and put lines in them to look like real leaves on the cob.

I got 1st place at the Iowa State fair with a cake with corn on it.

You can also use jelly bellys and line them up, that looks like corn.

If you scroll down there is a picture of them at a party with their jelly belly corn on the cob cupcakes.

I hate that Wilton Embossed Strip Cutter

BUT the bead roller section makes GREAT corn icon_lol.gif
