Do you mean already coated with chocolate or just the cake on a stick?...I freeze mine just the cake on a stick but if they are frozen when you dip them they tend to crack..Let them come to room temp or at least cold.

Thanks, I am making some to sell at our sweet booth we are going to have in a couple of weekends, just have lots to bake if I can't freeze anything.
