A bride wants to make an appointment to talk to me about her up coming wedding. She sent me pics that she is interested in. I will attach the one she wants. I have done several topsy turvy cakes, but never an upside down one. I can't figure out how to keep the weight even, so it won't fall over. Does anyone have any suggestions how this can be done? If she insists on that cake, I may have to pass on this wedding. Or do a good sales job and talk her into something else.

I am sorry, I am having trouble getting this picture posted. There are 5 layers, with a 6" cake on the bottom, increasing to a 14" on top and the whole thing is leaning
