Hello all,

So i recently just got my first kitchen aid mixer.. Before i had a mixer i would make my marshmallow fondant by hand.. But now that i have my mixer it's alot easier... My question is, how many batches of marshmallow fondant can i make at once in my 5 quart mixer ? i've been doing 1 batch at a time and i was hoping i can make alot more in one batch.. Hopefully someone can help me icon_smile.gif thank you all in advance !!!

I have a 6 qt. Kitchen Aid stand mixer but I do not do more than the large batch (using 16 oz. bag of mini marshmallows) at a time. I would be afraid of the powdered sugar not mixing in well if there were any more in there at a time. Consistency is key to good MMF.

I have a Magic Mill & I've more than one batch at a time but I don't suggest it as it doesn't come out the same way.
Hertsync is right, consistency is the key.
