I have been watching tutorials on you tube. They use a cutter. Can you use use the rollers that you use to cut stripe out. If I put a straight cutter, 1/2 inch space, then the wavy cutter. Cut strips and use a tooth pick to roll the wavy end thin. Do y'all think this would work?? Instead of having to buy the ruffle cutter??

I'd love to know how to do that too!
