Do you want to ship products for your friends/family, or for mail order? Sturdy products with a long shelf-life (cookies, brownies, granola) are best. Wrap well, pack tightly into boxes or tins, then put those boxes/tins into a sturdy shipping carton with lots of bubble-wrap (or similar material).

For mail order businesses, not all baked goods can be shipped without incurring a huge expense. I saw a thread recently about this so you can do a search. You'll need product testers, people you can ship to so they can tell you how the products survive the shipping process. Keep me in mind icon_smile.gif
