I have been asked to create something similar to the above url....not sure how to get the head so smooth and stay there..im aware of rice krispies being used and sculpted but still not sure...head sticking into top of body etc..any help would me massively appreciate

That works now.

Wow on that cake. You may want to try modelling chocolate instead of the rice krispie treats because they can be very bumpy.

Rice krispie treats covered in modelling chocolate. Otherwise, if you use just modelling chocolate, it would be really heavy and will sink into your cake.
