Well, I went and poured the angelfood cake batter into the pan,and it leaked through the bottom. So, I poured it into a 13x9 inch pan,and noticed the angelfood cake pan is bent. Is there a good brand of angelfood cake pans?

Ofcourse...this kind of changed how I was going to put silk flowers in the middle of the cake, for my mom's 80th birthday tomorrow. But I did get the yummy whipped Mascarpone frosting made. I guess I need silk flower idea on a 13 x 9 inch cake now.

Just make sure that it is light in color and sturdy. I bought a new one and hated it. I went to my mom's house and got here 50 year old one and it is perfect. Also, don't get a non-stick pan if it is really for angel food cake.
