I made my first iPhone cake and it turned out great. But I got the date mixed up and it's actually for next week! It also has a large edible image with the game Words with Friends on it. Can I freeze the entire cake? Will that damage the image? I am wondering if I should order another image just in case something happens during the thawing process.

Thank you!

I personally wouldn't freeze a fondant cake. You will end up with condensation on the fondant as it thaws. Sorry but I would order another image.

Just an update...I wrapped the cake in the cake box several times with plastic wrap and froze it last week. In the meantime, ordered another edible image just in case I need to redo the cake. But it turns out it thawed perfectly!
