I'm in need of a good idea. I just took on the task of creating a 100+ serving cake that captures a nurse theme and an angels theme. I'm positive I can do one or the other, but I'm stuck on how to incorporate the two in a way that makes sense. Any ideas?

To me the two go together well.
I picture an angel dressed like a nurse with nurse things (stephascope (sp?); needle, pill bottle - things like that) all around.

What about a cake that looks like a scrub top that has little angels all over it? You can still have a stethoscope in the pocket and a bunch of other nursing related items (pens, BP cuff, etc) around too.
