How do I make on of topsy turvy cakes with regular cake pans? Or are there special pans for those?

There are some good directions in the articles at the top of the home page here. Also you-tube has some great tutorials for making these. There are several different ideas for how they should be done, but these directions will help.

and yes there are pans (both square & round) that are sold on GSA that are already shaped at the angle...they are made by Fat Daddio's ... here is a direct link
