Wilton sells a burgandy color (reviews say it tastes really bad though). Americolor has both a burgandy and a maroon. You could probably use red and mix it with a bit of black, maybe some violet to achieve the color. I just did that with forest green. No time to buy so I kept mixing black and royal into my kelly green to get the dark green. It took awhile but little by little, it eventually got there.
