I'm trying to make this cake. In another's website I read to lay the fondant over a real hat to form the shape so I left it overnight...(maybe that was the problem) but when I removed it my fondant just cracked and was really dry... is it salvageable or do I need to toss?
And.. if anyone can tell me how I can make this cake I would love you for days!!
