I have ADD and am wondering if any of you guys have had success with going gluten free and seeing a change. (I'm not hyper active I have the other form)

I know it works on kids fairly well but I'm wondering if it works in adults too.

I do not have ADD so I can't directly answer your question. I have celiac disease. But my reaction is not the typical celiac reaction (GI related). I do get GI symptoms, but the most severe symptoms I get from ingesting gluten are neurological. My brain goes numb, I feel like I can't concentrate at all, I have difficultly completing sentences or even completing a thought in my head. It's actually very scary. So it seems to me that it would definitely be worth a shot.
