Does anyone know which cutter and where jacqueline gets them from for her Parrot Tulip please?

I don't have an answer but have you tried leaving a comment on her blog asking that? She's very nice, I bet she'd answer. I left a thank you comment on her hydrangea tutorial and she responded to me personally and even went and looked at my cake.
