Hi there, my name is Cathy and next week I start my wilton cake decorating classes, I have to bring plain flat cookies, what I need is a suggestion on what kind of cookies to make, I only know how to make peanut butter lol, but as you all know peanut butter cookies are never flat lol.

Try the NFSC in the recipes folder here on CC - perfect!!

I teach classes and would use the No Fail Sugar Cookie on this site. It is easy, tastes yummy, and they are rolled so are flat. Good Luck and have fun!
