So I just got this request from a friend. It's for a men's "diaper party" or baby shower for the real man's man. He asked if I could make a diaper cake. I'm thinking not a sheet cake just cut into a diaper shape, but I would love to do some sort of 3D diaper. And he would love it if I could put baby poop in it. So gross, I know.... but these guys are nuts. Any great ideas? How would I begin to do this??? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

I'd probably make it so that the diaper is folder and you can just see the fringes of the poop but the guys may want the real deal.

You could do a bag of open diapers. Someone posted a photo of one not too long ago. And then have the open diaper next to it. Make the diaper out of RKT covered in fondant and the poop out of modeling chocolate.
