so i made my daughter a tom and jerry cake instead of the bambi cake i planned on and all was well.... or so i thought!!

first flag up when it looked odd in the bowl and had to make up another half mix as it didnt look like i had enough.....

2nd flag, it didnt rise how it normally does.... again didnt click

3rd, when i carved it it didnt feel right.....

4th, tasted the scraps and yet i still didnt notice although knew something was off with it (still tasted great!)

It wasnt until i had eaten most of it that it clicked 2 days later.... I FORGOT TO ADD SUGAR!! how i did this is beyond me, i have done this recipe 100's of times which is probably why!

well i wont be doing that again!

That's funny! The really funny part is that you ate it without realizing it. LOL At least you still had a great cake!
