I recently made an order for a customer. She wanted babies with blankets made out of fondant. I quoted her my prices, but then when I realized how much time and money was going into these babies, I called her and told her they would cost $20 more. She didn't even blink an eye.

When she picked up the cupcakes, so even gave me a $10 tip. She was greatful that I could make the order in such short notice, and do the fondant the way I did. This is what makes it all worth it. I love my cupcake business.
