I have a cake recipe which calls for cake flour. How do I switch the recipe, so I can use regular flour. Have to bake 150 cupcakes and cake flour is expensive. The recipe calls for:

3 cups cake flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
and the other ingredients; butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.

Thank you!
