Hi.. anyone familiar with this cheesecake specifically the type of cream cheese buttercream is used? Is it meringue or powdered sugar based? A client would like for me to do a similar cake but specifically asked for the "exact icing" im really not sure they'd know one from the other but if anyone knows which is used i'd appreciate your input. thanks
