Hi! Does anyone have baking directions for a 14" x 3" high pan? I usually use bake even strips, but I think I'll use a heating core with this pan. I'm pretty sure the temperature would be 325 degrees (I noticed that any pans over about 12" are at a lower temperature). I have no idea how many cups of batter to use (I use cake mixes) or for how long. Does anyone know? TIA!

Well I found the information on the Wilton website, 15 cups of batter. Now I have another question though... should I use both the bake even strips AND the heating core together? And I have to make sure to grease (I use Wilton Cake Release) the heating core too right? This is my first time doing such a large cake.
