I made the buttercream dream recipe off this site last wednesday. I have leftovers out on the counter in tupperware totes and was going to use it today on cupcakes, but want to make sure it's still safe to use?
It was not kept refrigerated after Thursday of last week, but it has not been hot out, about 75 or so in the house.
