Does anyone knows a good whipped cream frosting recipe sturdy enough to cover and decotare cakes??????
I have tried
and this recipe is way tu runny to even try to decorate. I did try to decorate but the frosting starter to melt quickly.
I use only the Oetker and is the best in my opinion
I use heavy cream and lots of icing sugar. If it needs to be rally stiff, try adding a teaspoon of 2 of Cream of Tartar - it's is a stabilising agent and seems to work well for me.
