OK, so I made my batch of WASC (white chocolate version), then put the pans in the oven. While cleaning up, I found a cup of sour cream on the counter. Wait... WHAT?!?!? 4 minutes into the pans being in the oven, I scraped out the pans back into the mixing bowl, added the sour cream, mixed, re-prepped the pans, filled the pans, and put them back in the oven. Interested to see if it was salvaged or not. I'm guessing not, but hoping yes! About 20 mins until we see. Who forgets to add the SOUR CREAM in a White Almond SOUR CREAM recipe? I could severely beat myself right now.
