Help! Chocolate Marshmallow Fondant :(

I've made, or attempted to make, chocolate marshmallow fondant. Except it doesn't seem the correct consistency. It was hell trying to get everything incorporated together, and now that it is, it doesn't have the 'stretchy' consistency. It pretty much tears if you pull on it. I've been kneading it for an additional 15-20 minutes AFTER I finally got everything incorporated, but it still doesn't seem right.
It's currently wrapped in saran wrap in a bag in hopes of magically setting up correctly lol.
For fyi - it's 2 lbs sifted confectioners sugar, 1 lb marshmallow, 1 tbsp cocoa, and 1 oz chocolate chips melted into the marshmallow creme.

What should I do?
