Hello,
Was just wondering if I can I use a cupcake recipe to bake a cake? I need a red velvet cake and so far I only have Martha Stewart's recipe from her Cupcake book.
Thanks!
These are a few that have been highly recomended on CC. I don't see why you can't use what you have.

Martha stewart has a red velvet cake recipe too in her wedding section which I've had good results with.

I use the Bakerella recipe, you can find it on her website. She used it for both cakes and cake pops, & I used it for cupcakes, they turned out awesome!!
In my personal experience I always use cake recipes for cupcakes and they never fail, I suggest you try the recipe you have and see how they turn out

Okay, I already had a stack of Red Velvet recipes to test for an upcoming project. You all have added at least 2 more to it.
