Any ideas on how to package cupcakes for shipping ? I recently did a test shipment to a friend in another state and it was a disaster! I froze them a few days before, packaged them in a dozen plastic cupcake holder, wrapped in insulated wrapper and ice packs. The box was a 13x5x11 and it was packed tightly. the box was labeled "perishable" "this side up". They were upside down and the frosting was in the container. Not sure if I chose the wrong shipping company or something I did. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

Hope this helps
Look at the pictures here. The secret is in a lollipop stick on each cupcake so that they don't move.
