Yes. Wilton and Ateco have posters and guides. I just saw a inexpensive Ateco book at my local kitchen shop. It was nice and well made.

I created one on word and converted it to a pdf so I could print double sided, then I laminated it for ease of keeping it clean. Some of the writing is kind of small but it works for me.
