I need some advice. I'm wanting my agbay like yesterday . My question to you is ... How easy to upgrade it to a Two Blade if I buy it with just one. Or should I just save a little more & get the one with Two Blades

I have the double blade and love it. I think it is a time saver to never have to adjust the blad to level the top of the cake and the middle. Just one cut through and everything is level.
