Need your advice. I've been asked to make some cupcakes with designer purse logos. I've searched the Internet with no luck. I figured that they are probably transfer sheets, while others could be made out of gumpaste/fondant. Are the bakeries that ate making these printing them with there edible ink printers? Also, I was thinking about the copyrights to the logos? . I searched most of the cupcake pages here but didn't see any. Any way, need your advice and comments as I am new to this. Thanks.

Yes, there is definitely a copyright issue. You'd need to get permission from the copyright owner first.

To request permission to reproduce a company's logo, you would need to contact that company -- contact info is usually found on the company's web site.

For example, here is contact info for Coach (I would try the customer service number first as opposed to sales):
