I am making cupcakes for a girls wedding but she is also wanting me to make sugar cookies and brownies. how much should I charge. Do I charge by the dozen or what?

I'd look at the pricing the same way you look at pricing cakes.
Costs + Labor + Profit
Personally, I would figure out how much my typical recipe made and price it by that much. If your sugar cookie recipe makes two dozen I'd price two dozen as an order. Same way with the brownies.
