Hi Bublinka,

If SugarVeil is sticky, this just means it is not yet set. Since you waited overnight, it sounds as if it is humid where you are, and you need to dry out the air. This is done with heat (ovens operating nearby) and blowing air (fans) - a dehumidifier in the room is also great to dry out the air and shorten the setting time. When SugarVeil is properly set, it will be dry to the touch, not stretch out of shape, and will separate easily from the mat. Be sure to place set decorations between sheets of parchment in a zipped plastic bag if you desire to use them at a later time - this will keep the humidity away from the decorations. Please feel free to contact me at [email protected] if there are any additional questions I can help you with. Thank you!
