I know this information is here somewhere but I cant seem to find it. I see all these beautiful cakes with the swirly roses covering them and was looking for a "how to". Can anyone help me out? Sometimes the search function on here is very frustrating!

I always do my searches on google and just add cakecentral on the end. This link should help.....

Use a 1M cupcake tip or something similar. Start your swirl from inside working outward at the bottom of your cake going around the base. When you start the second row stager it a bit and continue as before. Hope this helps....
