Fondant Decorations On Buttercream Cake.

I'm wondering what the proper way to store this cake is. It has a strawberry filling and buttercream with only crisco, and a fondant mod monkey and polka dots. I know they say don't refridgerate fondant, but I'm wondering if it will be ok...

Ive refridgerated fondant before now (whilst it being on a cake), and it always been fine.
Im no where near an expert though!
