I am making some cupcakes which require the decoration to be dipped in liquid fondant. I've never heard of liquid fondant before and can't seem to find out how to make it, any ideas?

It's to create a smooth coating over the marzipan decoration.

I don't know much about it but it looks fairly straightforward.
