How much degrease do I take of, when cooking in a fan oven?

Some cook at 325...I bake at 340 so it isn't too hot or take forvever to bake...

All ovens are not the same. Check your manual: try to find one on-line: contact the manufacturer.

Generally speaking, it depends what type of oven you have:

Old style fan oven = element in the base of the cavity only + fan = reduce ~10ºC

Fan assisted = element in both top and base of the cavity only + fan = reduce ~15-20ºC

Fan forced = element in both top and base of the cavity only + element around fan + fan = reduce ~25ºC
