So Im sorta new at this. I've been baking forever, and everyone has always loved my stuff so I opened my own home business. My cupcakes always turn out great. My sheet cakes, perfect. When I try to do tiered cakes though, I can't even move the cakes without them falling apart. I have no idea whats happening! Why are my cakes breaking!?! Please help!

It does sound like your support system isn't doing the job. The sps system might help. http://cakecentral.com/cake-decorating-ftopict-603925.html

Are your cakes breaking when you take them out of the pans, after they are frosted/covered in fondant, or after you've stacked them?
