Ok so I'm doing a wedding cake for a woman and she wants the look with the ribbon around the bottom of each tier with a square rhinestone buckle.

Problem is she doesn't like the square rhinestone buckles I've seen at michaels... I've also checked ebay and haven't found what I need.

What I need is 3 square rhinestone buckles 1.5" x 1.5"

Anyone know a website that will ship them to Canada?

Yes I've gone to a few fabric stores and even bead stores downtown but they either have smaller ones or bigger ones... I really was hoping to find it online somewhere.

Did she give u a pic of what she wants? I'm wondering if you could make it with gumpaste for the buckle and then stick individual rhinestones onto it. I wouldn't be edible obviously but, you could make it however u like.

hhhmmm not a bad idea, yes she did give me a picture. I guess that will be my last resort :s

, have you tried shoe buckles, they are available in this size, sorry, haven't needed in a loooong time, thus, don't know where to locate/buy. good luck

If you have a business license, try Canexcel Wholesalerin Mississauga. Was at the Cdn Gift Show on the weekend and saw some rhinestone buckles at their booth. I don't think they have a website, but you can call them.

Best option for you is to search in Fabric shops.
