I'm working out pricing and am having trouble with this part b/c it's more time than ingredients.

Anyone willing to share what they do?

I'm new at it and just did mine as well, but I'll give you an idea of what I did. I added up cost of ingredients to make the cake and multiplied by at least 2, if not 3. I then made sure that it equaled out to about $2/serving. That was for a basic cake, which for me is a cake iced with bc and filled with bc and simple decor. I then had a 2nd 'level' of prices at $3/serving. This would give them an option of fillings and more time consuming decor. For tiered cakes I note for them to contact for a quote.
