i'm looking for a firm chocolate mousse filling recipe. Every filling that i've tasted (from bakery) has the feeling of crisco in it... like a film on the roof of your mouth... is that what makes it firm? does anyone have a good recipe?
I have been using the Costco mousse recipe here on CC. It's delicious and super easy to make...milk, cream and instant pudding. I have had really good luck using Wal-Mart's brand instant puddings.
