I bought a spaghetti squash the other day with no real plan of what to do with it. It just (and the other pile of veggies I bought home) sounded good.

I know I can cook it and top it with spaghetti sauce, but I want to do something different.

What is your favorite (healthy if possible) way to cook/eat spaghetti squash? What other veggies or seasonings do you like to mix in with it?

I like butter and cinnamon/nutmeg on it. Molly McButter would work too icon_smile.gif

I'm not against butter, so that does sound good. When I use butter I try to just use a very little bit of it.

I've mixed it with angel hair pasta and a little bit of butter and parmesan cheese.

I had it with the cinnamon and brown sugar last night. It was yummy. Have more in the fridge to eat tonight, may try the butter and parm. icon_smile.gif
