I have a 3 tier wedding cake, hexagon, to feed 70-75 people, the top tier will not be cut. She wants a white cake w/ medium (btwn cobalt and gator) blue roses and decorations. Not sure about the icing, she's thinking a whipped icing to cover the cake and either BC or fondant for the decorations and accents.....I have a total blank of any ideas!!!! Anyone have anything???
