Does anyone use MMF to make flowers? I am horrible at making flowers, any good tips or tutorials?

You can make flowers from MMF but they need to dry longer than gumpaste, and it's not as easy to work with the MMF. I use easter egg trays as flower formers. I also use silicone mini muffin pans.

The real advantage to MMF flowers vs gumpaste is that they can be eaten, so they're great for small flowers and flowers going on cupcakes, as long as you have a few days for them to dry. I'd still rather work with gumpaste any day, just because it's so much easier.
